Last week, food critique publication Zagat reviewed vegan restaurant, V-Eats Modern Vegan, in Dallas, Texas, saying many great things about their chef and their food.
Writer Steven Lindsey described that: The menu at V-Eats Modern Vegan in Trinity Grove features way more than salads, crudités and creative presentation of grilled vegetables (though all make appearances). Veggies, nuts and grains take center stage, but an emphasis on recreating “meaty” dishes such as brisket, chicken-fried steak and sausage pizza gives non-vegans a chance to experience something different while staying in familiar territory.
In addition, Lindsey said regarding V-Eats’ chef, Tony Gardner, that he: pushes the boundaries of technique and presentation to fool even the most ardent of carnivores with satisfying results that taste totally legit.
Lindsey critiqued several dishes, including the Bar-V-Q Sandwich, vegan salmon sushi, and even some peanut butter-banana-dark chocolate for dessert.
After these great comments, many people from vegans to meat-eaters have been wanting to visit this restaurant, which opened last month, and so can you! They are open for dinner from 5:00 to 9:00 pm from Sunday to Wednesday and from 5:00 to 9:30 pm from Thursday to Saturday.
You can also treat yourself to their brunch and lunch services coming soon!
