According to her owner, Cesar Fernandez-Chavez, nobody ever taught her how to give hugs. However, he believes that it may have come from her love to hold hands, which started back in 2013.
Next time you’re in New York City and want a friendly canine hug, walk around Seventh Avenue and 19th Street from 8:00 – 8:30 am, 5:30 – 6:30 pm, or 10:30 pm to see Louboutina. You can even request a personal hug by email (louboutinanyc@gmail.com).
