Beverly Hills is getting a brand new restaurant this month, and it’s going to be vegan!
On November 18, vegan restaurant Matthew Kenney NM will be opening on the third floor of the luxury department store Neiman Marcus‘ Beverly Hills location.
According to Los Angeles Times, this restaurant will have 24 seats and an extra 8 at the bar. The menu will also be composed of many exciting dishes, such as taco salad with sunflower chorizo, and even an avocado and Key lime tart.
This restaurant is the newest of several restaurants owned by vegan chef and cookbook author, Matthew Kenney. In addition, Kenney has plans to open up 10 more vegan restaurants next year and wants to expand his plant-based culinary schools to other locations, including Paris, Barcelona, Sydney and London.
