Vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli recently hosted the launch of a home and dining accessories line created by Swedish fashion brand H&M.
The launch featured a vegan breakfast in New York, and who would be better to host it than one of the best vegan chefs around?
“I’m so excited to partner with H&M to celebrate their new kitchenware collection launch,” Coscarelli said. “It’s monochromatic colour scheme provided the perfect canvas for the menu I curated today, which perfectly accentuated the vibrant pops of colour in each of the dishes that were presented.”
Coscarelli created basil-avocado toast, a garden pesto scramble, as well as a lemon olive oil cake for the all-vegan breakfast.
The line aims to create kitchenware items more affordable, selling bowls for as low as $2.99.
You can shop items including bowls, plates and mugs in three colours (black, white and gray), and even “conscious” aprons, linen napkins, wooden cutting boards, and utensils among other items from the collection.
