US-based leader in fresh produce, Green Giant Fresh, is launching six vegan microwavable bowls made from 100% fresh veggies.
Two of the six flavours, Burrito Bowl and “Fried Rice” Bowl, were officially launched in mid-February, debuting the line of vegan bowls – and they were a success! Both bowls contain Cauliflower Crumbles (chopped cauliflower) as the main ingredient.
The six flavours include: Pad Thai Bowl, “Fried Rice” Bowl, Ramen Bowl, Buddha Bowl, Burrito Bowl, and Rancheros Bowl.
“This innovative new line includes deliciously distinct world flavours in microwave-safe bowls that are made exclusively with fresh vegetables,” said Jamie Strachan, CEO of Green Giant Fresh. He also noted the fact that the bowls are vegan, and are perfect for consumers who are constantly on-the-go.
In addition, since being launched in 2015, their innovative Cauliflower Crumbles have been a huge success among today’s consumers. They also grew the cauliflower business by 38%.
Each bowl also comes with a sauce/seasoning packet. The “Fried Rice” Bowl and Burrito Bowl are currently available in select US locations, and will be available nationwide, along with the other four bowls, later this spring.
