One of Manchester’s biggest food festivals is on its way – and it’s going to be vegan!

Hosted by the Vegan Organic Network (VON), the VON Manchester Vegan Fest will feature 100 food stalls, workshops, cooking demonstrations, talks, live music and even yoga.

Attendees will be able to indulge in food from all around the world, including Mexican flavours from Los Antojitos; treats from Wholesome Junk Food; plant-based curry from the Mancunian Dhali Lama; as well as cake from Soya Beings.

Charities, including Sea Shepherd and Greenpeace, will also participate in the event. Attendees can also sit down and listen to talks from Fat Gay Vegan, and even learn how to host a vegan Christmas with Raw Lion Coaching.

Tickets are on sale now for £3; VIP tickets cost £10 and include a bag full of goodies. Children under 16 are free. The event will take place on November 11 and 12 at the Britannia Sachas Hotel from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. For more information, please click here.
