As the world is evolving, veganism is becoming more and more popular. Many cities are growing in the food industry where you can try many vegetarian and vegan food options.

Here are the top five destinations from five continents for travelling as a non-meat eater.

Tel Aviv, Israel

Tel Aviv is one of the hottest vegan destinations. This veg-friendly city was ranked the #1 Best Destination for Vegan Travellers by the Daily Mail and rated 4.5 out of 5 stars on TripAdvisor.

According to Keren Brown, who now lives in Teli Aviv for three years and is a writer for Tel Aviv’s dining, “Veganism is a way of life here”.

Tel Aviv is also the host city of the one of the world’s biggest vegan events, Vegan-Fest Tel Aviv.

One of the most popular veg-friendly restaurants in Tel Aviv is Miss Kaplan. Their “carrot dog” is highly recommended as they are known for it.

Another restaurant that is highly recommended is Anastatia. They are normally busy at breakfast time, serving unique dishes such as tofu crepes, chickpea omelettes and more. Don’t forget to stop by here while visiting Tel Aviv.
