Sydney will finally be getting its first all-vegan market later this fall!

Sydney Vegan Market will be open the third Sunday of every month and will feature cruelty-free and vegan items, including food, fashion, cosmetics and more.

Organized by Vegan NSW (previously The Vegan Society), the market will feature several vendors that have contributed to Australia’s plant-based scene, including Soul Burger, Suzy Spoon’s Vegetarian Butcher, Nalini’s, Over The Moo, and The Cruelty Free Shop, a vegan store with locations around Australia, amongst others.

“There is a shift in awareness happening right now,” Vegan NSW writes. “Words like ‘compassionate,’ ‘ethical’ and ‘conscious’ are everywhere, we are becoming aware of how and what we are consuming and it’s an exciting time.

“This market is for those who want to make and see a difference in vegansim in Sydney, create/produce/make products that are entirely vegan, wish to connect with like-minded people and are excited, passionate or just plain curious about experiencing a different way of eating and living.”

Sydney Vegan Market launches on November 19, 2017 at the Portuguese Community Club and will be open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
