A short month after closing its original diner, vegan restaurant V Revolution has been a hit!

Located on Oldham Street, V Revolution serves many cool items that are 100% vegan, including milkshakes, burgers and more! You can even try “veganized” American style comfort food, such as mac’n’cheez (£6,25), toona mayo and cheez grill (£6.95) and even buffalo fried chkn (£8.25).

Whatever you want is available at this restaurant, from spicy foods to simple sandwiches. You can even have seafood the way vegans do with their lobsta salad for only £6.95.

However, V Revolution has had quite a history before becoming a restaurant.

“It was a record store and a vegan food store, and then we moved up to doing one burger at the weekend, then it was two burgers, then a burger every day of the week,” owner Dom Moss said.

V Revolution started as a vegan grocery and record store in 2011. In 2013, Moss started to introduce a small menu composed of vegan burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches, and has now converted into a full restaurant.

In addition to the delicious menu, you can order drinks including vegan milkshakes, cocktails, wines, spirits and beers. There are also plant-based treats, which are provided by Tender Vegan Bakery.

V Revolution is open 7 days a week from 11 am to 11 pm, though opening times may change. Make sure to stop by V Revolution next time you’re in Manchester!
