Television show Golden Girls-themed eatery Rue La Rue Café recently opened in New York City, featuring several vegan options.

According to People, the man behind the idea for this cafe is Michael J. LaRue, a close friend of Rue McClanahan, the actress who played Blanche Devereaux in the sitcom show. He opened this eatery in hopes of bringing more tourists to the area, and will operate it with McClanahan’s son, Mark Bish.

The cafe will also specially feature Rue McClanahan, an animal-rights activist, by featuring many options for vegans.

“[T]he chef has created several delicious vegetarian and vegan items,” the cafe noted. “How could we open a Rue McClanahan café and NOT have vegan options?”
