Easy and delicious vegan tostadas.

Ingredients
  • Yellow Peppers
  • Red Peppers
  • Asparagus
  • Mushrooms
  • Avocado
  • Zucchini
  • Veganessa Salsa
  • Tostadas
Instructions
  1. Cut the vegetables, add some olive oil and roast them in the oven at 350.
  2. Prepare the Veganessa Salsa.
  3. Once all is ready put the tostadas in a dish, put some veggies on the tostadas, add sliced avocado, and finish it off with salsa.
  4. Variations: use whatever veggies you like. Sometimes we add just put sliced pan fried veggie dog instead of veggies (picture included).
  5. you can also put all the ingredients in soft tortillas as well.
