Easy Vegan Tostadas
Easy and delicious vegan tostadas.
- Yellow Peppers
- Red Peppers
- Veganessa Salsa
- Cut the vegetables, add some olive oil and roast them in the oven at 350.
- Prepare the Veganessa Salsa.
- Once all is ready put the tostadas in a dish, put some veggies on the tostadas, add sliced avocado, and finish it off with salsa.
- Variations: use whatever veggies you like. Sometimes we add just put sliced pan fried veggie dog instead of veggies (picture included).
- you can also put all the ingredients in soft tortillas as well.
