Owned by Novak Djokovic, the #1 tennis player in the world for men’s singles, and his wife, Jelena, Eqvita features a delicious menu composed of vegan and vegetarian dishes. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. Everything on the menu looks so delicious, you won’t be able to decide which dish to order!

A notable dish that has received great reviews is Eqvita’s Raw Lasagna, featuring courgettes, cashew ricotta, basil and lava pesto, tomato marinara, cherry tomatoes and rocket.

Matthew Kenney has been dubbed one of the best vegan chefs in the world. Forbes believes that he will take over the world of food, as he has opened many vegan restaurants around the world and even offers vegan culinary programs.

Matthew Kenney NM is one of his latest editions, having opened in Neiman Marcus’ Beverly Hills location a little under a year ago.

The eatery boasts a modern and chic atmosphere, which perfectly suits the Beverly Hills vibe. Some highlights from the menu include: avocado toast with smoked beet, radish and garden herbs; mushroom and vegetable burger; and avocado and key lime tart.

3. Delice & Sarrasin – New York City, NY, USA

Are you a vegan looking for authentic French cuisine? Head over to the Big Apple, where you’ll find one of the best vegan restaurants in town.

Delice & Sarrasin boasts quite a unique menu, featuring vegan French dishes, such as boeuf bourguignon, and delicious sweet crêpes and galettes. They also create must-try cashew-based cheeses and feature authentic vegan French wines from Bordeaux, Alsace, Bourgogne, and Cote de Provence. Ladybird’s chic atmosphere gives a nice vibe as you enter, and the food is even better! Owned by top restaurateur Ravi DeRossi, Ladybird occupies the space where DeRossi’s first restaurant, The Bourgeois Pig, used to be. DeRossi closed his first restaurant and transformed in into this vegan tapas bar that provides a “light and airy” space where everyone can enjoy their time together.

5. Heirloom Vegetarian Restaurant – Vancouver, BC, Canada

Looking for delicious and fresh plant-based food in Vancouver, BC? Head on over to Heirloom Vegetarian Restaurant, located in Vancouver’s chic South Granville District.

Although pricy, Heirloom serves range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, including breakfast, all-day meals, as well as desserts. They are best known for their salads, which they take up another level with presentation and flavours. You can’t help but fall in love with Heirloom’s delicious dishes.

6. Modern Love – Brooklyn, NY, USA

They create many delicious dishes, from Curried Carrot Bisque to Scallop Linguine with Garlic Butter, and also serve a range of vegan desserts, including Caramel Apple Pie, Tiramisu, and a Modern Sundae, to name a few.

Located at Trinity Grove in Dallas, V-Eats Modern Vegan features dishes made from 100% plant-based ingredients and primarily uses organic and non-GMO products. However, what really draws people to their restaurant is their delicious meat-like dishes. You could never tell that their “steak” does not come from an animal.
