Low Sugar Raspberry Chia Jam

Enjoy a vegan breakfast with this raspberry-and-chia-based jam. It’s both low in sugar and delicious. Our only recommendation would be to not add the additional xylitol (this sweetener is extremely toxic to dogs). You can add a small amount of maple syrup instead.

The best part of this recipe is that it only takes five minutes to prepare!

Smokey Mac & Cheese

If you’re a mac & cheese fan, you don’t have to miss out on anything with Veganuary’s veganized version of this creamy sin. What makes this recipe stand out from other Mac & cheese recipes is that it uses unique ingredients, such as miso paste, Dijon mustard and sun-dried tomatoes.

Veganuary isn’t all about concocting a delicious vegan dinner. We’re sure many of you will miss dessert once in a while! Well, there’s no need to worry, especially since there are many vegan dessert recipes online from pudding to cookies to cupcakes and cakes.

However, this vegan dessert shines above the rest with its uniqueness. The delicious chocolate and the crunch of the nuts on top of a sweet apricot feel like heaven in your mouth. You can just switch the Brazil nuts for more pistachios if you cannot supply them.
